Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Return requests must be submitted via email to cosmic.setiav@outlook.com within the 30-day period.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email at cosmic.setiav@outlook.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to initiate a return instead.
Exceptions
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- We do not process returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
